As Foundation Operations Manager, Katie provides leadership and strategic support for the Foundation’s operations, special projects and Signature Programs. She partners closely with the Foundation team to promote cooperative efforts, performs analytic functions to support efficient operations and assists in the development of the Foundation’s operational goals.  

More about Katie:

Before to joining the Foundation in 2008, Katie worked in direct service as part of organizations in California, Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina. For five years, she coordinated efforts for food pantries and shelters for Hunger Task Force in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to that, she managed the volunteer program at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina in Raleigh.

When not at her desk:

Katie volunteers with a local refugee resettlement program and enjoys exploring North Carolina.
