Please join us for our next Five Good Ideas session, featuring Mig Murphy Sistrom, CPA, who will be presenting Collaborate, Merge or Close Your Nonprofit: The Alternatives and the Rules.

What is the focus?

During the session titled Collaborate, Merge or Close Your Nonprofit: The Alternatives and the Rules, featured presenter Mig Murphy Sistrom will share practical ideas she has applied throughout her career as an accounting professional, working exclusively with nonprofits. Mig has frequently been called upon to help nonprofits with compliance and accounting issues during periods of major organizational change such as shutdowns and mergers. In this session, learn about the options available to organizations, and specific guidance about applicable IRS and North Carolina requirements.

What are my responsibilities?

By registering for 5 Good Ideas Make Them Great, you agree to 1) attend and participate in the session and 2) commit to respond to the organizational change feedback form when requested.

*This commitment will also be confirmed by signing an on-site participation form.

How do I participate?

Register online no later than May 24, 2010. Participants will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis until the session is full.
