The Preliminary Project Proposal is the first required step for organizations that would like to receive funding from the BCBSNC Foundation through its two focus areas, the Health of Vulnerable Populations and Healthy Active Communities.

Organizations will not be eligible for funding through our responsive grant cycle process unless this first step is completed by the deadline.
