Nonprofit organizations are critical to the health of our communities, our people and our state. Our Community Impact through Nonprofit Excellence focus area is unique. Rather than grantmaking-based, it is centered on three Foundation Signature programs. Our intent is to provide a platform to help nonprofits create long-term financial stability, communicate more effectively, collaborate with other organizations and have a greater impact on North Carolina.

Healthy Community Institute:
Our unique two-day board and staff training program has helped nearly 750 nonprofit organizations throughout North Carolina strengthen their organizational capacity. Learn more
