The BCBSNC Foundation has a new End of Grant Meeting and Presentation format for grantees in order to share outcomes and improve knowledge-sharing around what works and what doesn't with projects. Below you will find instructions on how to prepare your final report, which is a PowerPoint presentation that will be presented to the Foundation staff and other grantees.

A PowerPoint template to follow has been provided and examples of completed presentations for all focus areas are included for further explanation.
