Nonprofit Leadership Support

Nonprofit Trainings and Leadership Programs

Much of our support for nonprofits occurs through trainings, workshops and recognition – all of which are often delivered through key partners.  We are working with collaboratives and intermediaries to better support nonprofits to expand their impact, deepen their engagement and strengthen sustainability.

Aligning our Values with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The case for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has long been confirmed as critical constructs that shouldn’t be ignored, avoided or minimized when the goals are to implement strategies for social change, social justice, civil rights, civil liberties and other factors related to addressing systematic disparities.

In this session, we’ll discuss DEI and governance, and examine the case arguments for intentional DEI governance models. Participants will examine their nonprofit organizational values against the most compelling DEI leadership recommendations, resulting in generating specific strategies that embrace DEI.  Importantly, participants will be immersed in some interactive discussions designed to stimulate meaningful introspection and understanding.
