What I love about my work:
I have worked in the philanthropic sector for almost a decade, contributing to different roles in programs, learning and evaluation, and operations. Through these diverse roles, I have discovered that I am most passionate about creating environments that foster reflection and continuous improvement, believing that this is key to enabling teams to excel.
When not at my desk:
You will likely find me reading a book, attending a concert, connecting with family, or exploring the local restaurant scene.
Favorite thing about North Carolina:
I love the state’s art, music, trails, food, and sports!
